RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working across motion and static design work and video editing as required.
  • Interpreting a variety of briefs to deliver thumb-stopping social first creative.
  • Using data and insights to iterate and improve creative concepts.
  • Collaborating with our ops and delivery teams as well as communicating with a wide range of clients and stakeholders to deliver creative work.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Skilled in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and have a demonstrable portfolio of work to show this.
  • A creative problem solver with a passion for using data and insights to iterate and improve creative with a curiosity about constantly finding new ways to improve creative performance.
  • Strong understanding of creative best practices for paid social.
  • Posses an awareness that performance creative exists to deliver business results and an opinion on what that looks like in terms of creative.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and work with management, sales and account management.
  • Can function as an individual contributor and as a team player.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
